  • Whether you pay a deductible or not depends on your insurance policy and the nature of the accident. Your deductible is the portion of the repair costs you are responsible for, before your insurance coverage applies. Check with your insurance provider to confirm the details of your deductible.

  • Upon completion of the repairs, you will receive a detailed invoice that includes a list of all services performed, parts replaced, and the costs associated with each. We also provide a copy of the warranty and any important care instructions for your vehicle.

  • Yes, we offer a comprehensive warranty covering all parts and labor associated with the repairs we have performed. Specific details of the warranty period and coverage will be provided when you pick up your vehicle.

  • The duration of repairs depends on the complexity of the damage. We will provide an estimated timeline after performing the initial assessment and keep you updated throughout the repair process.

  • We use a combination of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), aftermarket, and recycled parts depending on customer preference, vehicle requirements, and insurance coverage. We only use parts that meet or exceed industry standards.

  • Absolutely. You have the right to select the repair shop of your choice. While your insurance company may suggest preferred shops, the decision on where to have your vehicle repaired remains yours.

  • You can schedule an appointment with our shop either online or by phone. We offer free estimates where our experts will examine the extent of the damage and provide a detailed quote for the repair costs.

  • Ensure safety first by checking for injuries and calling emergency services if needed. Move to a safe location, document the scene with photos, exchange insurance information with the other driver(s), and report the accident to the police.
